Creative Enablement Specialist

About the role

SIMPLIFIX™ is a service business management platform with compliant dual pricing built in, serving auto repair shops and expanding into HVAC and other service verticals. We are looking for a creative, self-directed person to become a true expert in our software and turn that knowledge into training videos, live demos, and onboarding sessions that get merchants and resellers up to speed fast.

This is a hands-on role. You will learn the product deeply, then be the person who explains it clearly to everyone else.

Your Role

• Learn the SIMPLIFIX™ platform inside and out, including shop workflows, digital vehicle inspections, and dual pricing
• Script, record, edit, and publish training videos and short feature walkthroughs
• Run live and recorded product demos for prospective merchants
• Lead new merchant onboarding sessions and build the supporting materials (quick start guides, checklists, help center content)
• Train resellers and partners on how to demo and sell the platform
• Design branded graphics, one pagers, social assets, and video thumbnails in Canva that stay consistent with SIMPLIFIX™ brand standards
• Keep the content library current as features ship
• Use AI tools to speed up scripting, editing, captioning, and repurposing content across formats

What you need

• Strong on camera and on the phone, able to explain software to non-technical business owners without jargon
• Proficient in Canva and comfortable with video recording and editing tools such as Loom, OBS, Descript, CapCut, or Adobe
• Comfortable using AI tools daily as part of your workflow and confident learning new ones
• Fast learner who can pick up a software platform without hand holding
• Clear writer with strong attention to detail
• Organized and reliable working independently on a part-time schedule

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, automotive repair, HVAC, or another trade service industry
• Background in payments or merchant services
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as GoHighLevel
• Help center or knowledge base experience
